Your My Pro Metrics license is called a subscription. You can review and manage your subscriptions on the My Pro Metrics Hub.
When you’re making changes to your subscription, double-check that you’re on the Subscriptions page on the Hub. It’s not possible to make changes from the Team page.

All team members can view their subscriptions.
Go to the Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you’re in the right team.
Click the subscription you want to view.
If you’re an Owner of the team, you can view and change a subscription’s payment information.

You can manage the users of the subscription by logging in with an Admin or Owner user account.
Go to the Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you’re in the right team.
Click the subscription you want to manage.
To assign a new user to the subscription, click Assign user. Check the remaining user seats and modifications before you make the change. Users should be first added as team members.
To remove a user from the subscription, click Unassign.
If you see a message reading: "Cannot execute query: subscription update failed," it means you’ve reached the maximum number of modification attempts available. Contact our support team for help.
Please note that there can be a delay of up to an hour before the assigning takes effect and the error message is removed from your report. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Note that if you bought your Google Sheets subscription before March 2021, or your Excel subscription before June 2021, you can only assign the subscription to one user.
