Terms of Service
The Terms of Service apply to your use of My Pro Metrics services, regardless of whether you purchase directly online, sign a separate Order Form, or otherwise access the service. These terms outline how you can use our service and what use cases are not allowed.
Privacy Policy
The My Pro Metrics Privacy Policy applies to all My Pro Metrics websites, products, and services through which we collect personal data as a data controller.
The privacy policy applies:
- When you visit any My Pro Metrics website
- When you use any My Pro Metrics product or service that collects personal information from you as a data controller
- During your interactions with My Pro Metrics marketing, sales, and customer service activities
- For customers, potential customers, and stakeholders of My Pro Metrics
Please note: My Pro Metrics may also process personal data on your behalf in the role of a data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to such processing.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The Data Processing Agreement is an annex to the Terms of Service. The DPA explains how My Pro Metrics processes personal data on your behalf in the role of a data processor when your customer personal data flows through our platform.
This applies, for example, to personal data that you choose (as a data controller) to pass through from a data source connector (Third Party Connector) to a data destination you select, or when we store and process such personal data on your behalf.
AI Terms
The My Pro Metrics AI Terms are an addition to the main Terms, governing the use of both My Pro Metrics’ own AI features and external third-party AI features. This document covers:
- Provisions for using AI features
- Customer data handling
- Specific responsibilities of the customer
- Rules for interacting with third-party AI tools
