My Analytics (Pro Metrics):
This guide explains the permissions and requirements needed to connect your Facebook Ads data to Power My Analytics.
You can connect Facebook Ads from the Power My Analytics dashboard. Once connected, the data source can be used across all supported destinations such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, Power BI, data warehouses, cloud storage, and the API.
Before connecting, make sure your Facebook account has the required permissions. Your account must have employee access with the View performance option enabled, or ad account analyst access to the Facebook ad account. If you are using the new Pages experience, your account must have partial access to the linked Facebook Page. To access Lead Ads data, your account must have Lead manager or Page admin access.
To connect Facebook Ads in Power My Analytics, log in to your Power My Analytics account and open the Data Sources section. Select Facebook Ads and click Connect. When prompted, log in to Facebook or continue with the account you are already signed in with. Choose the ad accounts, businesses, and Facebook Pages you want to include in your reporting. Review the requested permissions, then approve and save the connection. After the connection is completed, select the required ad accounts inside your reporting destination.
If data stops refreshing or permissions are changed in Facebook Business Manager, you may need to reauthenticate the Facebook Ads connection from the Power My Analytics dashboard.
Power My Analytics allows you to use Facebook Ads data in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, Power BI, data warehouse transfers, cloud storage, and through the API.
