How to buy a My Pro Metrics subscription

There are 2 ways to build your My Pro Metrics subscription.

1. Purchase your package from our website #

This option is suitable for smaller teams that need access to a select group of data sources that should fit most needs. Each package can be customized for your particular requirements, with the option to add more data sources, users, or accounts as add-ons.

2. Enterprise subscription for larger teams #

If you’re purchasing a subscription for a bigger team that needs access to a broad range of data sources — including premium data sources like AdRoll and Criteo — start a conversation with our sales team. We’ll work with you to create a custom Enterprise package.

How to buy #

1. Go to our pricing page.
2. Select the destination you’d like to use to report your data.
3. Select your package.
4. Log in to the My Pro Metrics Hub using your Google or Microsoft account. If you haven’t used My Pro Metrics before, click Register here and log in.
5. Select your destination and any additional destinations.
6. Select the data sources to include in your package and any additional data sources. You can also add data sources later.
7. Add any add-ons, if necessary.
8. Check that your package has everything you need, and click Proceed to payment.
9. Enter your credit card details.
10. Add billing details by creating a new billing entity or using an existing one. If you need to add a VAT ID to your billing, include it in the billing entity details.
11. Add any additional details to include in the receipt.
12. Once everything looks correct, click Pay now.

European Union VAT IDs #

Companies buying a My Pro Metrics subscription in the European Union should add their value-added tax (VAT) ID while purchasing on our website. This will prevent VAT charges for the duration of your subscription.

To change the VAT ID after processing the purchase, you must create a new billing entity with the correct VAT ID. Learn more about managing your billing entities.

Payment methods #

The primary payment method for My Pro Metrics subscriptions is credit card. Learn how to manage and update your credit card details.

You can set up a new subscription with invoice payments when purchasing through our sales team. Please note an additional administration fee may apply if the total invoice amount is under €/$2,400.

Billing cycle #
