You can manage your data source connections directly from the My Pro Metrics Hub.
Follow this guide to share connections with your team, make them private, and replace, reauthenticate, or remove data source connections.

You can easily share your connections with the team or make a connection private. Learn more about shared connections.
On the Supermetrics Hub, go to Data sources under Connect.
Click a data source and find the connection you want to share or make private.
Click the icon in the Sharing column to make the connection private or share it with your team.
Note that making a previously shared connection private will cause queries other people have created using that connection to fail.
If you’re a My Pro Metrics Team Admin, you can replace connections with other connections. This is useful, for example, when a team member leaves the company and their connection is removed. You can replace the connection with a new one to keep your existing queries running.
On the My Pro Metrics Hub, go to Data sources under Connect.
Click the data source and locate the old connection that needs to be replaced.
Click the replace icon at the end of the row.
Select a connection to replace the old connection with.
Click Replace.
Sometimes, your connection to a data source times out or needs to be renewed for another reason. Follow these steps to reconnect to the data source.
On the my pro metrics Hub, go to Data sources under Connect.
Click the data source with the problematic connection and find the connection to be reauthenthicated.
Click the reconnect icon (
) at the end of the row.
Follow the data source-specific instructions to connect to the data source.

You may need to disconnect a connection if, for example, a team member leaves the company. Follow these steps to disconnect a connection that’s no longer needed.
- On the My Pro Metrics Hub, go to Data sources under Connect.
- Click the data source to open its details and find the old connection that needs to be disconnected.
- Click the x icon to disconnect the connection.
- Click Disconnect.
After disconnecting, any queries using the connection will stop working. The connection remains in the list of connections for 30 days, after which it’s automatically deleted. Within 30 days, you can restore the connection or delete it completely. Once a connection is permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
