MyProMetrics provides data connectors that allow users to securely connect their advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others) with reporting tools including Google Looker Studio, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
2. Definitions
- “Service”: The data connectors and related tools offered via MyProMetrics.com.
- “Customer Data”: Any information pulled through our connectors from your advertising or analytics platforms.
- “Subscription Period”: The period of time your plan remains active, after which access will terminate unless renewed.
3. Account and Access
- Access to our Services is granted exclusively through Google account authentication.
- We do not manage or store user passwords.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.
4. Payment & Access Termination
- Services may be offered under monthly, annual, or custom subscription plans.
- If you cancel or fail to renew your subscription, your access will terminate at the end of the Subscription Period.
- We do not charge late fees.
5. Data Ownership & Security
- You retain full ownership of all Customer Data connected through our Services.
- MyProMetrics does not store, copy, or access your advertising or analytics data. Data flows securely from your data source to your chosen destination (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets).
- We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your connections.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or misuse your subscription in any way.
7. Free Trial
- Free trials may be offered and are subject to change at our discretion.
- Abuse of free trials (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in suspension or termination.
- We make no guarantees regarding data persistence or service continuity after a trial ends.
8. Intellectual Property
- All software, connectors, and related materials provided by MyProMetrics remain our exclusive intellectual property.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to build competing products using our technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MyProMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or cause harm to our platform or other users.
- You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, we will revoke your access promptly. Since we do not store Customer Data, no deletion process is required.
11. Privacy & Compliance
- We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- We only access your authentication information (name and email) via Google Sign-In to verify your access.
- We do not sell, share, or retain your personal or Customer Data.
